Our Quality Policy

Armstrong Technology S.V., Inc., provides precision machined parts, custom assemblies and innovative design services to many industries. The company is continually implementing, monitoring and improving all processes. The management team is dedicated to the ongoing evaluation of external and internal issues that impact the strategic direction of the company. Customers and interested parties are considered when making changes to the QMS or business strategies. Armstrong Technology is committed to customer satisfaction, satisfying statutory and regulatory requirements and increased effectiveness of the quality management system.

The President of Armstrong Technology has formulated the quality policy. The policy is explained and discussed at the general orientation training given to all new employees and has been reviewed with all current employees. All employees are expected to know what the quality policy means to them as it affects their job position within the company. The policy is posted in prominent locations throughout the facility.
